Responsibilities

• Cook (woking noodles as well as some small dishes).
• Greet guests, guide their customer journey, and resolve guest issues.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu and critical dietary information.
• Operate cash register and online ordering platforms.
• Handling of incoming and outgoing orders.
• Set up, maintain, and break down front and kitchen line area.
• Ensure restaurant is operated to the quality, efficiency, and food safety (HACCP) standards.
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station etc.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
