Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Be accountable for materials and services sourcing and procurement within the assigned indirect commodities driving deflation, variable cost productivity, cash flow targets.
  • Lead procurement operations, from request for quotation to order issuing, ensuring process execution is performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Have responsibility on a group of company strategic suppliers for the indirect buy, with orders of medium/high complexity or/and medium/high annual volume.
  • Develop, implement, and lead overall supplier strategy, in coordination with Company's commodity strategy, including simplification, ensuring sourcing process integrity, and optimization of productivity, quality and fulfillment.
  • Balance strategy development with the tactical execution necessary to execute cost reduction projects through contract negotiation, process changes, and implementation of sustainable cost controls.
  • Influence cross functional team involved in the purchase, being the focal point for a shared process in supplier selection.
  • Develop technical and market expertise in assigned commodity area and identify/assess supplier capabilities.
  • Negotiate lowest possible cost while maintaining the highest quality of goods and services.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
  • Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain background.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Must have a valid Norwegian work permit.
