System Engineer

Building on our product development and fabrication expertise from subsea oil & gas history, we are now further expanding our ambitions into the growing defense market.

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our Power & Controls Engineering department in Tranby. The offices are centrally located 10 minutes from Drammen and 30 minutes from Oslo.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of system solutions within defense projects, working within a structured engineering framework and supporting compliant, integrated technical solutions.

What will you be doing?

• Perform structured system engineering activities across the project lifecycle, in line with established engineering processes and governance
• Support the development, integration, verification, and documentation of system solutions
• Contribute to requirements management, interface coordination, and configuration control activities
• Support system-level integration across mechanical, control, software, and hardware disciplines
• Identify, analyze, and report technical and integration risks
• Contribute to compliant project delivery in accordance with customer, regulatory, and defense requirements
