The Role
Are you ready to take on the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic, purpose-driven company? In this role you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce at our Global corporate headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Drive and participate in diverse recruitment and improvement initiatives and projects.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career events and fairs to promote TOMRA as an employer of choice.
Krav
- You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment.
- You possess knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.
- You have experience with candidate assessment and test tools, preferably AON.
- You demonstrate a passion for talent acquisition and a drive to make a positive impact.
