MEP Project Manager, Glomfjord

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for Nscale’s hyperscale data centre projects. You will be responsible for managing the technical and construction execution of MEP packages, ensuring all systems are designed, installed, commissioned, and handed over in accordance with Nscale’s quality, safety, and performance standards.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site MEP construction activities across multiple contractors, ensuring delivery to specification, budget, schedule, and Nscale’s technical standards.
• Manage all interfaces between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and building systems to guarantee full integration and operational readiness.
• Provide technical oversight through detailed review of designs, drawings, and submittals, conducting routine inspections to ensure safety, quality, and performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, and oversee commissioning documentation, testing results, and handover packages.
• Manage day-to-day communication with MEP contractors, consultants, and suppliers, chair coordination meetings to track progress, address technical and safety issues, and align with broader project disciplines.
• Monitor MEP progress against the master program; tracking construction, procurement and commissioning milestones, and reporting cost, quality, risk, and performance metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement by embedding best practices in safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
