HESS Director Environmental Management

As a HESS Director at Nammo, you will report directly to the VP HESS and be part of the Group HESS leadership team, providing strategic leadership within your area of responsibility and contributing to the continued development of Health, Environment, Safety and Security across the Group. You will drive the implementation of HESS strategies, governance and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a strong HESS culture and organizational learning.

As HESS Director Environmental Management, you will serve as Nammo Group's strategic lead for environmental management. Working closely with sites, business units and corporate functions, you will develop the Group's environmental framework, build environmental governance and support the implementation of best practices across Nammo's European operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, maintain and implement Nammo Group’s environmental policies, directives and governance documentation.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Nammo Group’s environmental management framework.
• Support sites, legal entities and business units in implementing and improving environmental management systems aligned with recognised standards such as ISO 14001.
• Coordinate environmental data collection, validation and reporting across the Group.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up environmental audits and improvement initiatives across the Group.
• Lead environmental impact assessments and initiatives that strengthen environmental performance and risk awareness.
• Develop environmental capability across the organisation in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Build strong relationships with Sustainability, Legal, Corporate functions and site HESS teams to strengthen environmental performance across the Group.
