Chef - Join the Culinary Team at Son Spa
At Son Spa, we continue to strengthen our position as one of Norway’s leading spa hotels, renowned for exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences. We are now looking for passionate and ambitious chefs to join our kitchen team.
As a chef at Son Spa, you will become part of a dynamic and professional environment where quality, teamwork, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills while working across our diverse food concepts, from à la carte dining and conferences to banquets and special events.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce high-quality food in accordance with our standards.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and food safety in daily operations.
- Work across our à la carte restaurant, banqueting, conferences, and special events.
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement.
- Participate in a rotating schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Krav
- You must hold a professional chef’s certificate and currently work as a chef.
- You must have at least three years of experience from hotel or restaurant kitchens, including solid experience from à la carte restaurants.
- You must work well in a team, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be able to work independently.
- You must be passionate about quality, presentation, and attention to detail while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- You must communicate fluently in English and hold a valid EU passport or have the legal right to work in Norway.
