Project engineer subsea umbilical systems - Stavanger, Bergen or Oslo
Akkodis Norway AS is looking for a Project Engineer for subsea umbilical systems to join their team in Stavanger, Bergen, or Oslo.
Task and responsibilities
- Concept and project development.
- Scope definitions/descriptions and selection of relevant technical requirements.
- Tendering and evaluation activities.
- Preparing of technical documents for project sanction, studies, and contract tendering.
- Contractor follow-up in project execution.
The Subsea Umbilical and Cable Project Engineer is a member of the Subsea Production System (SPS) team / SURF Management team and reports to the SPS Lead/Manager. You will be responsible for all planning, engineering, and fabrication work to be performed for the Subsea Umbilical and Cable in accordance with Equinor and Project governing documentation, best practices, and applicable rules and regulations requirements.
Krav
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of subsea umbilical systems including DCFO.
- Proven experience with project development.
- Experience with follow-up of engineering and subsea contractors.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant subsea experience from Norwegian offshore projects.
- Fluent in English.
