What will you be doing?

• Design and implement a tailored People & Teams Management Plan aligned with company purpose, strategy and change agenda.
• Establish and drive a project-specific transformation and improvement agenda.
• Ensure effective organizational design and development throughout project phases and drive cross-functional collaboration across the full ”Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)” value chain.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities and key interfaces.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, team interventions and development initiatives.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to Project Manager and leadership team in topics related to organization, leadership, structure and culture.
• Enable leaders to act as change agents and accelerate adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working.
• Secure onboarding and integration of new personnel.
• Support leaders in performance management and people development.
• Strengthen communication, engagement, transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive competence development, culture and employee engagement initiatives.
