Purpose of the role
The Vice President Sales & Marketing is responsible for translating Evotec's strategic ambitions into commercial growth by creating direction, strengthening customer value, and leading the continued development of the company's commercial organisation.
- Further develop our commercial strategy and priorities
- Lead and develop our team of sales managers and tender managers
- Strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Develop a high-performing commercial organisation through effective ways of working, collaboration and execution
- Create collaboration across functions, concepts and locations
- Contribute actively to the Executive Management Team and the continued development of Evotec

- You have extensive experience in commercial leadership, sales, and business development within the maritime industry or related technology sectors.
- You possess a proven ability to translate business strategy into commercial execution and profitable growth.
- You have experience leading and developing high-performing teams across functions and locations.
- You demonstrate strong commercial judgement with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term customer value.
- You have the ability to communicate complex technology in a way that creates clear customer understanding and commercial impact.
- You hold a technical background or strong technical insight, enabling constructive dialogue with customers and engineering teams.
