Key Responsibilities
- Network model evolution: Maintain and evolve network models for various assets, gaining a holistic understanding of our production systems.
- AI-Driven optimization: Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in production optimization and efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, running feasibility studies and providing data-driven recommendations for asset decisions.
- Productivity & Optimization: Contribute to our 3x productivity ambition by identifying and implementing innovative process optimization opportunities.
- Advanced simulation tools: Gain deep proficiency in industry-leading process simulation software like Unisim, Resolve, and PVT-Sim.

Krav
- Final year student or recent graduate with an M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong fundamental understanding of process engineering principles such as thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass/energy balance.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect calculations to practical decisions.
- Curiosity for complex, real-world operational challenges and process optimization.
