As a Subsea Engineer in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. Through a series of rotations and a crucial offshore placement, you will develop the skills to handle complex technical problems and contribute to our goal of a 3x productivity improvement in subsea operations.
- Diverse subsea exposure: Rotate through diverse Subsea Engineering disciplines to gain a holistic understanding of the entire value chain.
- AI & Data application: Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in subsea operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute subsea projects from initial concept to completion.
- Productivity & Innovation: Actively contribute to our 3x productivity ambition by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in subsea processes.

Krav
- M.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Marine Technology, Process, Civil, Subsea, Automation, Cybernetics, Data Science).
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in technology, machinery, processes, or information.
- Working proficiency in English or Norwegian.
- Maximum two years of relevant professional experience.
- Must hold a valid EEA work permit.
