We are looking for a new Head of Logistics to join our team! Founded in 1929, Norrøna has been family-owned and operated ever since. For nearly a century, we’ve been dedicated to crafting the world’s greatest outdoor products - enabling people to push boundaries and connect with nature at its rawest.

About the role

Norrøna is seeking a world-class Head of Logistics to take full ownership of our global supply chain. As we scale our operations, we need a leader who combines extreme structural discipline with a strategic mindset for logistics flow. You will be the architect of our future distribution network, ensuring that every transaction—from factory to end-consumer—is handled with precision, speed, and cost-efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Global Warehouse & Distribution Management: Oversee primary warehouse operations, lead the establishment of local hubs, and manage consolidation hubs in Asia.
• Process Engineering & Transaction Control: Maintain transactional integrity within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and design end-to-end logistical processes.
• Cost Efficiency & Trade Compliance: Drive cost-efficiency, negotiate freight and 3PL agreements, and manage global customs clearance and trade compliance.
