Key responsibilities:
- Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
- Check and investigate (if required) failed deliveries / collections.
- Prioritize and re-allocate any failed deliveries for the next day delivery.
- Input data into our in-house tracking system.
- Maintain clear and effective communication / collaboration with the team / manager and other depots.
- Follow FedEx processes, procedures and controls as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to your supervisor and team members as required within the location.
