WE ARE HIRING GUIDES FOR SEASON 2026
Are you passionate about Norway’s stunning fjords, rich culture, and vibrant landscapes? Nordic Gateway is seeking enthusiastic German speakers to join our team for the Spring and Summer season. Lead tours through the breathtaking regions of Eidfjord, Flåm, Skjolden, and Vik, and make every journey an unforgettable experience for travelers from around the world!
Duration: From July to October 29th.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Language: GERMAN and/or ENGLISH.
- Location: Based already in Voss or nearby areas. If you’re not currently based here, we can assist in finding accommodation.
- Friendly, approachable personality: Prior customer service experience is an asset, as we’re looking for guides who will like to make our guests feel welcomed.
- Passion for Norwegian nature, culture, and history: Whether you’re well-versed or just passionate, we value enthusiasm and dedication to sharing Norway’s wonders.
- Flexible and adaptable: Willing to travel on short notice and take on varied assignments in different locations.
- Reliable and trustworthy: Honesty and reliability are core values for our team.

Krav
- You must be fluent in German and/or English.
- You should be based in or willing to relocate to the Voss area.
- You must possess a friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
- You should have a genuine interest in or knowledge of Norwegian nature, culture, and history.
- You must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel to different locations on short notice.
- You must be a reliable and trustworthy individual.
