We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our hotel's Pastry team. Are you a talented pastry chef with a love for sweets? Do you thrive in a high-pressure kitchen serving many guests?
What will you do?
As a Pastry Chef at the hotel, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality baked goods and desserts according to specifications and orders. Other key tasks:
- Ensure high-quality food is delivered on time.
- Contribute creatively to menu development.
- Comply with the department's storage and cleaning routines (food safety/HACCP).
- Responsible for ensuring the cleaning plan is followed.
- Contribute to meeting food cost targets (limiting waste).
- Contribute to a high level of service in close collaboration with the rest of the team.

- You are a skilled chef with good structure and the ability to organize your work effectively.
- You have a great passion for Nordic and local ingredients and are motivated by a creative environment.
- You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and thrive in a hectic work environment.
- You are professionally skilled and deliver high quality in everything you do.
- A vocational certificate as a chef is desirable but not a requirement.
