Who You Are

We are looking for an exceptional relationship builder and fundraiser who wants to help shape Operation Smile Norway. This is a rare opportunity to build a fundraising and partnerships function from the ground up, backed by one of the world’s leading global health NGOs. You’ll have the freedom to influence strategy, shape new income streams, and help create a sustainable funding model that expands access to healthcare for generations to come.

What You Will Do

• Build and manage a high-quality, warm pipeline of corporate, foundation and philanthropic prospects.
• Secure new strategic partnerships that generate significant income and long-term engagement.
• Strengthen Operation Smile Norway's position within Norway's corporate and philanthropic landscape.
• Help shape the long-term fundraising strategy and contribute to building a scalable fundraising function.
