Lead Project Engineers - SURF and Construction

We are looking for several experienced Lead Project Engineers to strengthen and further develop our engineering team within Subsea Umbilical Risers and Flowline (SURF) and Construction. As part of the DOF engineering department, you will plan and execute marine operations in the Atlantic Region and support projects in other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex subsea projects—from planning and procedures to offshore execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results.
• Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline onshore and offshore teams to meet our targets.
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF's high standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare task plans, procedures, and other engineering deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and enhance HSE practices.
