As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner, NES Advantage is now looking for Commissioning Engineers - Electro for an exciting project at Mongstad.
This assignment will follow a 14/21 day rotation. Must be able to start ASAP, within the next 1-2 weeks.
What will you be doing?
- Execute commissioning activities in accordance with project procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure safe energization and functional testing of electrical installations.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure integrated commissioning across systems.
- Ensure systems are commissioned and handed over in line with project milestones and client expectations.
- Participate in system walkdowns and ensure completion of outstanding work before handover.
- Collaborate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to resolve commissioning-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test records, punch lists, and handover packages.
- Participate in planning and progress meetings, providing input on commissioning status and challenges.
Krav
- You must have proven experience in commissioning activities.
- You should have experience in preparing commissioning procedures.
- A certificate of apprenticeship, bachelor- or master degree is required.
- You must possess process knowledge and knowledge of control systems.
- Good knowledge of ProCoSys (DCP) and Fusion is required.
- You must be fluent in Norwegian, both written and verbal.
