People Lead

Ardoq is one of Norway's most exciting scale-ups, a truly global company built out of Oslo. We're a SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape.

About the role

As People Lead for Norway, you're the person who makes our culture real on the ground: the trusted partner senior leaders turn to, and the culture carrier who keeps our Oslo roots strong as we scale globally. This role is less about running process for its own sake and more about partnering: coaching leaders, shaping how teams are built, and helping people do the best work of their careers.

What you'll do

  • Partner with leaders: Act as a trusted People Partner to functional leaders, coaching them on organizational design, talent, and what great leadership looks like.
  • Carry the culture: Lead as the People presence for Norway, building community and keeping our Nordic identity strong.
  • Raise the employee experience: Use engagement data to improve the employee lifecycle and make targeted changes people actually feel.
  • Own complex employee relations: Guide sensitive cases with deep knowledge of Norwegian employment law.
  • Modernize the People engine: Use AI and automation to remove manual work and keep our operational and compliance foundation audit-ready, from GDPR to Norwegian labour law.

Krav

  • You have deep, current knowledge of Norwegian labour legislation, trade union relations, and local compliance.
  • You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
  • You have experience influencing leaders and steering organizational change.
  • You possess strong operational skills in areas like compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • You are comfortable acting decisively with incomplete information and are driven by outcomes.
