Join us as Lead Project Engineer SURF and Construction
We are looking for several experienced Lead Project Engineers to strengthen and further develop our engineering team within Subsea Umbilical Risers and Flowline (SURF) and Construction.
As part of the DOF engineering department, you will plan and execute marine operations in the Atlantic Region and support projects in other regions. You will work in a positive, innovative environment with highly educated and skilled colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex subsea projects from planning and procedures to offshore execution.
- Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients.
- Collaborate with multidiscipline onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF's high standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare task plans, procedures, and other engineering deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and enhance HSE practices.
You will experience a dynamic and varied workday, with opportunities to work on a diverse range of SOW across the Atlantic region SURF and Construction projects.
Krav
- Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's degree) and/or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in marine operations, preferably from offshore installation or subsea operations.
- Experience from SURF and Construction engineering and development for marine- and subsea operations.
- Knowledge within SURF and Construction installation vessels, deployment spreads, intervention tools, lifting and connection aids.
- Ability to lead and achieve work in project teams, and work independently in dynamic project environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language for specific positions.
