Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Support daily operational activities and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Manage and follow up on support tickets, break-and-fix activities, and onsite interventions.
- Maintain operational data, reports, and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support quality assurance activities and help ensure high service standards.
- Assist with logistics coordination, alarm handling, and delivery projects when required.
Must be able to work within a scheduled shift arrangement (currently between 06:30 and 18:30), with hours subject to change based on business needs. The role also includes participation in a rotating 24/7 Duty Officer schedule and requires daily presence at our office in Arendal, Norway.
