Your mission?

As a Partner Account Associate, you'll help build and strengthen relationships with our partners across Norway. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, learning how to develop strategic customer relationships while supporting partners in getting the most value from Finago.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Building strong, long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Building deep knowledge of the Finago product suite and the Norwegian accounting industry.
• Supporting onboarding, training and enablement of new partners.
• Being a day-to-day point of contact for a growing portfolio of partners.
• Shadowing and collaborating with Consultants, Customer Service, Sales and Product teams.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen partner performance, adoption and commercial growth.
• Analysing partner data and translating insights into concrete actions.
