Consultant - ServiceNow

Deloitte is growing its ServiceNow practice in Norway and is looking for people with a passion for Enterprise Service Management to join our starting team. You will contribute to building Deloitte’s ServiceNow brand in Norway and work closely together on projects across the Nordics.

In this role, you will work with industry leading professionals, guiding clients through end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and driving complex enterprise-wide service modernization. You will build essential skills in business transformation, digital strategy, and technical areas such as AI, workflow automations, integrations, and scripting to enhance your consultant toolbox.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements and managing projects from start to end.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert guidance on ServiceNow best practice.
• Designing and building custom applications, automating workflows, and developing seamless integrations using APIs.
