Hotel Manager
Storfjord Hotel | Relais & Châteaux is one of Norway's most exclusive boutique hotels. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Hotel Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
As Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of the hotel. You will oversee and coordinate the different departments and operations while maintaining the exceptional service standards expected from a high-end property.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Guest Experience: Lead and coordinate daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and SPA. Ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistent high-quality service standards.
- Team Leadership & Planning: Manage departmental scheduling and workforce planning. Coach, motivate, and develop team members to deliver world-class hospitality.
- Quality Assurance & Standards: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Administration & Operational Support: Support administrative processes, including reporting, invoicing, and operational documentation.
Krav
- You have previous leadership experience within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or premium resorts.
- You possess strong experience with scheduling, workforce planning, and hotel administration.
- You have excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English, with Scandinavian language skills considered an advantage.
- You hold a valid Category B driver's licence and have access to your own car.
- You must have valid work authorization within the EU/EEA.
