Architect

As a Software Architect, you will play a key strategic and hands-on role bridging business needs, customer requirements, and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, HW engineers and stakeholders to design robust and scalable architecture while guiding long-term technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Domain Understanding: Translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure architectural decisions support availability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Architecture Planning & Evolution: Assess and plan necessary changes to system architecture and design/maintain cloud-native solutions.
• Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration: Support development teams in planning, evaluating, and implementing architectural decisions while providing mentorship on best practices.
• Technical Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to product and company roadmap planning and drive the technical roadmap related to architecture and infrastructure evolution.
• Discovery & Experimentation: Lead technical discovery initiatives, design Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and stay current with industry trends.
• Standards & Best Practices: Establish and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices to promote reliability, observability, and security.
