Aircraft Technician - SAS Maintenance Production OSL

SAS Maintenance Production at Oslo Airport (OSL) is part of SAS' integrated aircraft maintenance organization. Our primary mission is to ensure airworthy aircraft, delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

We perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, and troubleshooting on SAS-operated aircraft, including the Airbus A320 family and Embraer E190/ fleet. Our team consists of approximately 170 skilled aircraft technicians and mechanics, organized across 6 shift teams, providing operational coverage 24/7/365.

We are now looking for dedicated and skilled Aircraft Technicians to join our team and continue SAS' proud tradition of excellence in aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing scheduled maintenance checks and carrying out component replacements.
  • Troubleshooting aircraft systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with approved manuals and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to LEAN initiatives and actively supporting continuous improvement and operational optimization processes.
  • Consistently maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality in all aspects of your work.

Note: This position is based in a security-restricted airport area, and employment is subject to an approved police certificate/background check and drug/alcohol testing.

Krav

  • You must hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License.
  • You should have proven experience in aircraft system troubleshooting.
  • You must possess a high level of proficiency in English and/or Norwegian, both written and spoken.
  • You must be able to pass a security-restricted airport background check and drug/alcohol testing.
  • You should be flexible, solution-oriented, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.
