We are looking for a DCC Technical Information specialist to join our team in Forus, Stavanger.
Job Description:
- Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures.
- Responsible for document management in individual projects or contracts.
- Ensure that colleagues have a good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries which go through document control.
- Responsible for the establishment of an electronic archive in internal document control tools.
- Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems.
- Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation.
- Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation.

Krav
- You have 10 to 12 years of experience within offshore or onshore related projects.
- You possess knowledge of relevant standards, procedures, and requirements.
- You have experience with modifications on offshore or onshore installations in operation.
- You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- You possess good communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and oral.
- You are systematic, accurate, and solution-oriented with high loyalty to deadlines.
