People Excellence Lead
Are you passionate about improving people experiences through data, technology, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a People Excellence Lead to help shape and enhance how we deliver People processes across the organization.
What you'll do
- Drive improvements across key People processes and ways of working
- Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Use People Analytics to generate insights and support decision-making
- Drive adoption and optimization of People technology and digital solutions
- Strengthen governance, standards, and best practices across the People function
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation
- Partner with stakeholders across functions, countries, and leadership levels

Krav
- You have 7-10 years of experience within HR, organizational development, consulting, or related People functions.
- You possess a strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- You have proven experience leading projects, change initiatives, and process improvements.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience working with people data.
- You have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
