Strategic Partner in Personal Banking Office
We are looking for a Strategic Partner to be part of Personal Banking Office. This is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to shaping Personal Banking's transformation, while working closely with senior leaders to support our ambition to be the leading relationship bank in the Nordics for personal banking customers.
About our team
Welcome to the Personal Banking (PeB) Office team! We add value by developing the PeB strategy and driving its execution. We continuously strengthen the governance for the PeB Leadership team and strive to create strong coherency between the strategic agenda and the commercial and technology priorities.
Main responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the Personal Banking strategy.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Personal Banking.
- Support commercial management and steering across the Nordics.
- Establish and drive a data- and performance-driven operating rhythm.
- Design, implement and calibrate cross-functional and cross-country initiatives.
- Cultivate collaboration with teams across the Group.
Krav
- You have extensive expertise in strategy development and business planning, complemented by project management experience.
- You possess strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic implications.
- You have a proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs and aligning senior stakeholders.
- You hold an MSc or similar higher degree.
- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to navigate and solve complex business challenges.
