Personnel and Course Coordinator
Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Personnel and Course Coordinator.
Job responsibilities:
- Act as Course coordinator - manage and coordinate participation (2-300 personell) in defined courses and training (circa 170 items of smaller and larger type, both internal and external courses and training sessions).
- Cooperate and coordinate with primary vendor course organiser, and client's Training & Competency Dept.
- Organise and manage Pre-Ops participation in daily Project construction yard activities by allocating technicians, in cooperation with Ops and maintenance Supervisor.

Krav
- Must have robust experience from similar duties in a new build oil and gas project.
- Ability to manage and coordinate participation for large groups of personnel in various training sessions.
- Experience in cooperating with primary vendors and internal training departments.
- Capability to organize and manage daily project construction yard activities.
- Strong coordination skills in collaboration with operations and maintenance supervisors.
