We are recruiting a cook for the Indian Restaurant in Kristiansand, Norway, who will be responsible for making delicious dishes for our amazing customers.
DUTIES:
- Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
- Ensure that standards for food preparation are followed.
- Ensure food safe practices are being followed throughout the entire flow of cooking and preparing food.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Support the creation of holiday menus.
Krav
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Culinary school degree or foreign equivalency is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in foodservice or food preparation is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
- Must possess a fast, efficient, and positive attitude.
