Technical Data Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Data Specialist to join our team in Stavanger. You will be responsible for managing, cataloging, and ensuring the quality of large volumes of multimedia data, including videos, images, and acoustic data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, transfer, manage, and catalog multimedia data.
• Develop and run quality control scripts to manage large volumes of data.
• Manage data in maintenance and integrity systems.
• Collaborate with contractors and the subsea team to improve data quality and delivery workflows.
• Support subsea engineers' data gathering efforts.
• Establish and operate a video management system with governance and retention criteria.
• Transfer data to and from suppliers on behalf of the subsea discipline.
• Manage access control to cloud storage solutions (Azure Blobs).
• Load and ingest data into integrity and visualization systems.
• Establish service accounts and administer storage and software systems.
