People Excellence Lead

Are you passionate about improving people experiences through data, technology, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a People Excellence Lead to help shape and enhance how we deliver People processes across the organization. In this role, you'll drive improvement initiatives, leverage people insights and analytics, and support the adoption of digital solutions that create value for employees, managers, and the business.

What you'll do

• Drive improvements across key People processes and ways of working
• Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives
• Use People Analytics to generate insights and support decision-making
• Drive adoption and optimization of People technology and digital solutions
• Strengthen governance, standards, and best practices across the People function
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation
• Partner with stakeholders across functions, countries, and leadership levels
