Job Description
Provide HR support and guidance to international employees and managers. Guide and support managers in personnel-related matters involving globally mobile employees. Coordinate and support international mobility activities, including residence permits, visas, work authorizations, registrations, and international tax-related processes. Ensure compliance with applicable immigration and employment regulations. Maintain employee records and personnel data in SuccessFactors and other HR systems. Act as a key contact for international assignment administration, including inbound and outbound assignments. Drive continuous improvement and development of International HR and Global Mobility processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities and service providers.

Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within International HR, Global Mobility, Immigration, or a related HR discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian immigration requirements, UDI regulations, and international mobility processes.
- Experience working with UDI and the Central Tax Office for Foreign Affairs.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
