As a Lead Tender Estimator in Ocean Installer, you can expect the following:

• Be an integral part of the commercial team responsible for driving business growth.
• Overall responsible of the tender cost estimate and compensation format to the client.
• Work closely with the Proposal Manager, Technical Lead and the broader base organization to gather cost input and ensure alignment with execution plan, pricing assumptions and qualifications.
• Actively benchmark vs historical data and analyze deviations.
• Present the Tender P&L incl. risk & opportunities to Corporate Management.
• Develop and improve estimating templates/tools and work processes.
