Lead Tender Estimator
Ocean Installer is a global marine construction company delivering large complex projects in challenging environments. We are looking for a talented Lead Tender Estimator to join our commercial team in Stavanger.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the commercial team responsible for driving business growth.
- Overall responsibility for the tender cost estimate and compensation format to the client.
- Work closely with the Proposal Manager, Technical Lead, and the broader organization to gather cost input and ensure alignment with execution plans, pricing assumptions, and qualifications.
- Actively benchmark against historical data and analyze deviations.
- Present the Tender P&L, including risks and opportunities, to Corporate Management.
- Develop and improve estimating templates, tools, and work processes.

Krav
- Minimum BSc degree and 5 years of relevant experience within Estimating, Cost Control, and/or engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to manage large, complex costing models.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with technical interest or understanding of the Subsea/Offshore industry.
- Proven ability to be organized and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience and interest in developing the estimating function, such as improving cost models and developing templates.
