About the role
We are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our team from 1 September 2026.
As our Night Receptionist, you are the host throughout the night. You welcome late arrivals, ensure our guests feel safe and well cared for, and help maintain the calm and personal atmosphere that defines Hotel Union Øye. In addition to managing the reception, you will be responsible for the hotel's overnight routines, security procedures, and fire safety, while ensuring that every guest receives the same thoughtful service throughout their stay.

- You have experience in hospitality, hotels, or guest service.
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
- You are calm, organised, and solution-oriented.
- You have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You speak fluent English, and a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
