Finance Director
As Finance Director in KM, Kongsberg Maritime Customer Support Division and part the central finance team, you will work closely with our finance functions across the world and senior management in the division. You will be working hand in hand with the VP Finance and Business Support and be a key connection point to KM Central Finance.
KM Customer Support is responsible for serving more than 30.000 vessels equipped with our products and systems. In 2025 the division accounted for more than 14BNOK revenues and employed 4000 employees worldwide. Customer Support serves our customers with spares, upgrades, repairs and services all over the world.
To be successful in this role you take initiative, work independently and constantly possess a team working spirit. You are able to lead and guide employees at different levels in an organisation. You possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills. Seeing the big picture and understand a complex business will both be essential.
Among your colleagues within finance, you will find inspiration and aim to reach common goals. You will work closely with the business and finance to focus on bottom-line results and identify drivers to predict future business and financial outcomes. The ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms will be essential to the role.
We are looking for someone who can facilitate bringing forward analysis and challenge the businesses in a constructive and balanced way. Strong interpersonal skills and can do attitude will be highly assessed.

Krav
- Bachelor or master's degree in finance or economics is required.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within finance is necessary.
- You must possess forward-looking skills, including forecasting and analytical work.
- A business strategic mindset and maritime industry knowledge are essential.
- You must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
