Strategy Manager in Personal Banking Office

We continuously strengthen the governance for the PeB Leadership team and strive to create strong coherency between the strategic agenda and the commercial and technology priorities.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Develop high-quality analyses of market, customer and competitor dynamics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to support leadership decisions on complex and strategic topics.
• Translate complex topics into clear, impactful communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, scoping and execution of high-impact initiatives working closely with business leaders to ensure delivery.
• Contribute to strategic direction by identifying market trends and emerging developments, actively shaping the strategic agenda and forward-looking priorities.
• Work hands-on with large and complex datasets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and prioritization.
• Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs and follow-up structures to track progress and support decision-making.
• Cultivate collaboration with teams across the value chain to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers and the Group.
