Shape legal strategy and support business growth across Nammo's Small \& Medium Calibre Business Unit (SMCA).

As Vice President Legal & Compliance, you will serve as the principal legal and compliance advisor to the SMCA Business Unit leadership team, supporting commercial, strategic and operational decision-making in a complex international environment.

Working closely with senior leaders, Corporate Legal & Compliance and external stakeholders, you will combine legal expertise with commercial judgement to manage legal risk, support strategic initiatives and enable business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the trusted legal and compliance advisor to the Business Unit leadership team on commercial, strategic, and operational matters.
• Support business growth by providing commercially sound legal advice on strategic agreements, partnerships, M&A and other key business initiatives.
• Lead the Business Unit's export control strategy and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, international sanctions, corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the Business Unit in dialogue with export control authorities, regulators and other external stakeholders.
• Support product development, intellectual property and technology collaboration through early legal and compliance involvement.
• Lead legal and compliance risk assessments, including due diligence and third-party risk evaluations.
• Coordinate internal and external legal expertise to ensure timely, practical and commercially sound legal advice.
• Strengthen legal and compliance capability across the Business Unit through communication, guidance and training.
• Lead or support investigations, audits and regulatory matters as required.
• Implement corporate legal and compliance policies, contribute to governance frameworks and documentation.
