Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for a passionate Breakfast Server to join our front-of-house team and help create memorable mornings for our guests.

This position is available immediately on an initial 2-month full-time contract, with the opportunity to extend into a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve our breakfast experience, including table service and coffee/tea service.
• Ensure the breakfast restaurant is beautifully presented before, during, and after service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
