Owner-Side Project Management
- Act as project manager for internal development, pilot and larger modification projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with technology and operational needs
- Maintain overall responsibility for project delivery (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedule, budget, and resource needs
- Ensure structured execution from concept through completion and handover
- Follow up progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
Coordination of Client's Resources & Projects
- Identify and mobilize relevant internal resources to support project development and execution
- Coordinate and manage interfaces with Client's Projects as a services provider (e.g. procurement, cost control, planning)
- Define clear scopes of work and expectations towards Client's Projects and other support units
HSE & Compliance
- Ensure all projects are executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, with strong focus on operational and technical safety
- Ensure proper documentation, reviews, and approvals
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Technology Development, Process Engineering & Development, Test Facility Operations, and HSE manager
- Align project activities with test programs, operational plans, and facility constraints
- Act as key interface towards workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Technical Implementation
- Ensure translation of technical requirements into practical and robust solutions
- Follow up design, installation, and modification work to ensure quality and functionality
- Support commissioning and verification of implemented solutions
Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Capture and transfer lessons learned across projects and development activities
- Contribute to improving internal project models, governance, and tools
- Support development of owner-side project execution capability
Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, or operations.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving coordination of multiple stakeholders and service providers.
- Experience from industrial environments, preferably within process industry, pilot plants, or R&D facilities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to act as the single point of accountability.
- Ability to coordinate without formal authority across organizational boundaries.
