Join us as a driver in Råde on weekends
At Oda, we come to work every day with the goal of creating affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy for our customers in Norway and Sweden. We are on our way to becoming the world’s most effective retail system.
As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and the Delivery Team Leaders on-site.
What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚
- Delivering food and packages to our customers.
- Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
- Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.
- Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.
- Training new drivers on the road.
- Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.

Krav
- You must hold a valid Class B driving license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- You must be fluent in English, while familiarity with Norwegian or another Nordic language is considered a plus.
- You must be comfortable with a physically demanding role that involves loading and unloading goods.
- You must be able to work every other weekend (even-numbered weekends).
- You should possess a strong work ethic and a service-oriented mindset.
