We are looking for more drivers to join the evening shift full-time at Råde!
At Oda, we come to work every day with the goal of creating affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy for our customers in Norway and Sweden. As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers.
What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚
- Delivering food and packages to our customers.
- Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
- Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.
- Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.
- Training new drivers on the road.
- Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.

Krav
- You must hold a valid driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- You must be fluent in English, as it is the required working language.
- You should be physically active and capable of handling a physically demanding job.
- You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You should possess a strong work ethic and a service-oriented mindset.
- You must be responsible and prioritize safe behavior in traffic.
