Chefs Wanted at Brasseriet, The Well – 2 Full-Time Positions

We are looking for two positive and motivated chefs to join the kitchen team at Brasseriet, The Well. Both positions are 100% full-time, with start as soon as possible.

About the Kitchen

Brasseriet offers a varied and fast-paced kitchen environment with a combination of:

• Casual dining and à la carte service
• Grill and hot station
• Pizza
• Daily prep and mise en place
• Conference meals and events
• Three-course menus
• Dedicated dishes and menus for conferences and larger groups

The working language in the kitchen is mainly English. The kitchen operates with a strong team structure, with five chefs working in the kitchen at all times.

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out daily mise en place and preparation.
• Work on different stations during service.
• Prepare and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Work with grill, hot station, pizza and other sections depending on experience.
• Prepare meals for conferences, events and group bookings.
• Contribute to smooth and efficient à la carte service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning routines.
• Cooperate closely with chefs, kitchen assistants, dishwashers and front-of-house staff.
