Head Waiter at Brasseriet, The Well
We are looking for an experienced, positive and hands-on Head Waiter to join the team at Brasseriet, The Well. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being present on the restaurant floor, leading a team during busy services and making sure both guests and employees have a great experience.

- Food and beverage service
- High-volume and fast-paced service periods
Your Responsibilities
As Head Waiter, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the service team during shifts
- Ensure smooth and efficient à la carte service
- Welcome guests and maintain a visible presence on the restaurant floor
- Help organise sections and responsibilities before service
- Conduct briefings and ensure the team understands the day's menus, bookings and priorities
- Support the team with food, wine and beverage recommendations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the service
- Step in and support the team during busy periods
- Coordinate service for conferences, groups and events
- Maintain strong communication between the restaurant, kitchen and bar
- Train, coach and support waiters and new team members
- Ensure service routines and standards are followed
Take note that you will be invited to work a week through Staffers before being offered a permanent position.
Krav
- You have experience from à la carte restaurant service.
- You have experience leading or supervising a service team.
- You possess a positive, motivating and solution-oriented personality.
- You perform well in a busy and high-tempo environment.
- You have good knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
- You speak English or Norwegian confidently.
