Funding Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Funding & Investor Relations team as Funding Manager based in Helsinki.

About the role

The Funding & Investor Relations team is a small, highly committed team responsible for securing cost-efficient funding for NIB's lending and treasury activities through a diversified funding strategy across products, currencies, markets and investor segments.

In this role, you will contribute to the execution of NIB's funding programme, maintain and develop relationships with investors and market participants, and support the continuous development of the Bank's funding activities and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute funding and liability management transactions across international capital markets.
• Monitor funding markets and investor demand and identify issuance opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with institutional investors, investment banks and other market participants.
• Manage the new issuance processes from front-to-back.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of funding frameworks, documentation, processes and IT infrastructure.
• Prepare market updates, investor materials, funding analyses and management presentations.
• Support the Bank's sustainable funding activities.
