Dovre Solutions AS is a trusted global provider of high-value project management services. We have over 30 years of experience as a global provider of project professionals and engineers for large investment projects. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Porsgrunn.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Owner-Side Project Management: Act as project manager for internal development, pilot, and larger modification projects. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Maintain overall responsibility for project delivery (scope, cost, schedule, quality).
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including schedule, budget, and resource needs. Ensure structured execution from concept through completion and handover.
• Coordination: Identify and mobilize internal resources. Coordinate and manage interfaces with client projects and support units.
• HSE & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with Technology Development, Process Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
• Technical Implementation: Ensure translation of technical requirements into practical solutions. Follow up design, installation, and modification work.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture and transfer lessons learned and contribute to improving internal project models.
