Seasonal logistic, kitchen and sales potato person needed!
Wandering Owl is hiring a seasonal person for a potato type role going between simple logistics (packing tour gear), kitchen (washing, prepping food) and customer service (calling clients and selling tours). The person must be an absolute all-rounder with full availability.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Tour prep aspects of this role include:
- Packing/unpacking suits, boots and other equipment in and out of vehicles and storage
- Washing and repairing equipment
- Chopping fire wood
- Shovelling snow for our entrances and large car park and using our small snow removal machine
- Cleaning vehicles and doing stocktakes
Food prep aspects of this role include:
- Preparing simple food and drinks for tours
- Washing food equipment after tours
- Doing stocktakes
Customer service:
- Answering our guest calls, emails and messages in a friendly manner and upselling tours where possible
- Seizing all sales opportunities that arise
- Processing bookings through our booking software (rezdy) and ensuring no important details are missed

Krav
- You must be a native English speaker or have C2 level English proficiency.
- You must be comfortable working outside in winter conditions.
- You must be available to work through Christmas, on weekends, and evenings as needed.
- You must be comfortable with a busy, fast-paced environment where tasks can change at the last minute.
- You must be able to switch between logistics, kitchen, and sales roles on a daily or weekly basis.
